Offline and privacy
Notes leave your device only when you export or publish them.
No account, no analytics, no AI. The web app works offline after the first visit.
Three things can touch the network, each one by your choice:
- Check for updates in the desktop app.
- Remote images and videos, if you turn on Load remote content.
- Links you click.
The app's Content Security Policy blocks every other connection, and a test fails the build if it tries one. Read the policy and the network audit.
